The Sun Rising Over Corbieres, in Languedoc

We recently returned from France--3 nights in Paris, 4 nights in Loire (Chateau Plessis-Fortia), and 5 nights in Languedoc (Chateau La Pujade). We were extremely fortunate to share in some life-long wine & food experiences which along with pictures, will sketch a brief journal of our gastronomic, cultural, and historical adventure. Here is the first part of the story.

Wine Harvest Weekends
September 10-12th or 24-26th

Harvest is the most exciting time of the year at a winery. We've assembled a wine weekend that capitalizes on this excitement, coupling active-touring and tasting, rustic-elegant accommodations, a wine-maker dinner, and rare signed bottles from the visiting wineries.
