Here Comes Fall!
Summer is usually a slow time for wine & gastromic affairs--not the case for us! Educational tasting events, public & private, along with the Atlanta Food Experience, Wine South and Wine Over Water--just to cap the highlights--made for an active Summer.

In addition to the events you see on your left & right, we'll be doing a series of high-end Sake' (elegant rice wine) tastings paired with asian appetizers, beginning November 15th. Also, look for upcoming information on a dessert wine event this December.

Finally, the Retail Store will be getting a face lift and filled with unique wine accessories and knick-knacks just in time for the Holidays.

Wine South Wrap-Up
Recruiting & helping manage the volunteer effort for this Festival was quite an experience, but getting to know the people was truly memorable. A HUGE heart-felt thank you from me to all of you!!! A traditional volunteer party is forthcoming--check your emails for dates/times. Of 241 people involved in the effort, I want to make mention of a few that really stood out: Peter Rzeszotarski was the organizational mastermind & muscle behind getting everyone where they needed to be; Jeff Emmons ensured that speaker Kevin Zraly had 540 sparkling wine stems from which to conduct his sessions, others like Patti Grammens, Steven Axelberg, Anne Pasquini, Isaac Adams, Marlene Caruson, Leslie Clark-Malzhan, Jim Morris, Melinda Zabritski, Karen Siegel, Linda Schnall, Bob Stiller, George Mraz, Robb Thomas and Becca Jennings--and many more ensured this event went very well.  Again, thank you so much.

We are giving away one (1) night at the Inn--certificate will be good one year from date of issue.

Click Here to enter the drawing.  And as always, if you use the "Send this to a Friend" link above, you will increase your drawing entries for each person you send this issue to!
